Shipping Policy

The shipping fees are dependent on the size and weight of the piece, as well as the value, due to insurance cost. I prefer fedex shipping, but if you have a preference, I'm flexible. If it's being shipped to a PO box, USPS is required. I will give you an estimated shipping fee once we've agreed upon the size of the piece and the framing is selected.

The finished piece will be shipped day of receipt of payment in most cases.

Return & Exchange Policy

I, of course, want you to love your portrait. Your approval will be requested on several stages of the project, and final approval will be requested upon completion.
We understand the importance of feeling connected to your art, and we want you to be delighted with your portrait. Once final approval is given and payment has been received, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. This is a custom piece of art created specifically for you and every effort will be made to ensure you love it.
